The blogosphere is still buzzing with LOVE !

Looking again thru my mother's box , i've found

another vintage postcard.

I loved the scene in it . the gentleman as if he's

begging  the lady " be mine ", 
" you're always in my heart ".

( me and my romantic soul -LOL :O))  ).

i've cut a heart twice from a felt with the cuttlebug, 

stitched it around and filled it with some acrylic fiber. 

The arrow is made of beads threaded on a wire ,

and i learned this technique from my friend IRIT.

Underneath i put a tule folded in half and gathered 

into a circle .Between the heart and the tule i added 

a pink ribbon tied to a bow.

The postcard was scanned and printed to the desired 

size. I've added white felt underneath the postcard

and machine stitched it all around.

the background paper was also stitched to the card.

To finish i added metal letters to form the popular 

word  LOVE .

הבלוגוספירה עדיין רוחשת בנושא האהבה.

חיפוש נוסף בקופסת הזכרונות של אמי העלתה גלוית וינטאג'

נוספת. אהבתי את הסצינה שבגלויה.

הגבר כביכול אומר לגברת :" תהיי שלי", "את תמיד בלבי".

( אני והנפש הרומנטית שלי :O)) ....).

בעזרת הקאטלבאג חתכתי שני לבבות מלבד ורוד,תפרתי ביד מסביב ומלאתי באקרילן.

החץ עשוי מחרוזים שהשחלתי על חוט מתכת.

את הטכניקה הזאת למדתי מחברתי עירית (ניצנץ).

מתחת ללב הנחתי טול שקפלתי לחצי ואספתי לעיגול דו שכבתי.

בין הטול והלב הוספתי סרט ורוד שנקשר לפפיון.

את הגלויה המקורית סרקתי והדפסתי לגודל הרצוי,

הוספתי לבד לבן מתחת לגלויה וחיברתי ע"י תפר במכונה.

דף הרקע חובר לבסיס הכרטיס גם כן ע"י תפר במכונה.

לסיום הוספתי אותיות מתכת שיצרו את המילה LOVE .

הכרטיס עומד בדרישות של כל האתגרים שציינתי למעלה.

My LO today was inspired by "Scrapping the Music", with their challenge #120 "Disneyland".

but if i want to participate in their challenge, i must catch up their deadline ie midnight central time saturday!

Since i started the LO today afternoon i've finished it at night time and the pictures were taken at room lighting conditions, but first thing in the morning i'll take new pictures).  :o))

The LO  is actually a paper piecing .

i've used two BAZZILL blue cardstocks as the background. 

The boat was cut out from SU designers paper. The matings for the pic were cut out as sails and i actually dared to hand stitch the pic as if they are patches. 

The inspiration  to do the stitching is thanks to my dearest  and super talented

friend ANAT known as crafty fairy - go and check her blog you won't regret it. I  glued the sails with  3D glue.

For the clouds i've used UNITY stamps with acrylic paint.

העיצוב שלי היום הוא בהשראה של הבלוג

Scrapping the Music אתגר #120 עם השיר "Disneyland" .

כדי להספיק ולהשתתף באתגר שלהם הייתי צריכה לעמוד בלוח הזמנים שלהם ז"א שבת חצות שעון מרכז.

מאחר והתחלתי את עיצוב הדף רק בשעות אחה"צ וסיימתי בשעות הלילה, כך שלא הייתה לי ברירה אלא לצלם בלילה עם הבטחה לצלם מחדש בבוקר. מי שקוראת את הטקסט בעברית מביטה גם בצילומי הבוקר.

את הפטנט הזה למדתי מחברתי עינת שמעלה רשומה בלילה עם תמנות "ליליות"

ובבוקר מחליפה אותן "בטריות":o))

הדף המעוצב הוא בעצם פייפר פיסינג.

דפי הרקע הכחולים הם של חברת bazzill .

את הספינה גזרתי מדף מעוצב של חברתSU.

המייטינג מתחת לתמונות נחתך בצורת מפרשים ואפילו העזתי ותפרתי את התמונות למייטינג , כאילו היו טלאים על המפרשים.

את ההשראה לתפירת התמונות קבלתי מחברתי הסופר מוכשרת ענת הידועה גם כפיית מרציפן.ממליצה לכם לגלוש לבלוג שלה ומבטיחה שלא תתאכזבו !

את המפרשים הדבקתי בעזרת דבק ספוג, כדי לקבל תלת מימד.

העננים הם חותמות של UNITY וצבעי אקריל.

Today my card is all about, roses, vintage,

ribbons & lace, in other words soft and feminine.

For the background i've used amy butler's Designer Mat Pad.

The postcard is actually a vintage postcard

that i've found in my mother's memory box.

I had to scan it in order to get a smaller size

that will fit my card.

I've cut the roses from daisyd's leftover paper

and i've glued the roses in various heights ,

to achieve a depth.

The inspiration to use the tulle & ribbon

i've got from this amazing blog, which i follow.

A metal butterfly, lace and some "gemstones",

completed my card.

היום הכרטיס שלי הוא בנושא ורדים, וינטאג'

לרקע השתמשתי בנייר של

הגלויה היא בעצם גלוית וינטאג' שמצאתי

בקופסת הזכרונות של אמא שלי.  

נאלצתי לסרקו אותה, כדי להדפיסה לגודל שיתאים

לכרטיס שלי. את הורדים גזרתי משארית נייר של 

חברת דייזידס, הדבקתי את הורדים בגבהים שונים כדי לקבל עומק

,את ההשראה לשימוש בטול ובסרט קבלתי מהבלוג המדהים הזה

שאני עוקבת אחריו.

פרפר מתכת, תחרה וכמה אבנים השלימו את הכרטיס שלי.

הכרטיס שלי מתאים לאתגרים שציינתי למעלה.

LOVE is the most important "ingredient"in our life.

From the day we are born, to our last breath.

Don't wait for Valentine day to tell your LOVE ones

that you LOVE them. 

Make  everyday, your Valentine day !

In ISRAEL we don't celebrate Valentine day,

but don't worry , we also have a special day

for celebrating LOVE , and it's at the beginning

of august. 

As you have guessed  my card today is about LOVE!

For the first time ever i've used a sketch to make a card.

The card is composed from :

An embossed transparent sheet.

4 red hearts, cut out with a SIZZIX die cut,

and embossed with  Cuttlebug embossing folder.

A scalloped rectangle, cut out with Nestabilities,

image stamp - me&my BIG ideas.

The sentiment - UNITY .

2 Prima flowers and a heart brad.

כל מה שאנחנו צריכות זאת אהבה !

אהבה היא המרכיב החשוב ביותר בחיינו ,

מיום היוולדנו עד לנשמתנו האחרונה !

אל תחכו "ליום וולנטיין", כדי לאמר לאהוביכם

שאתם אוהבים אותם ! היפכו כל יום ,ליום וולנטיין !

בישראל אנו לא חוגגים "יום וולנטיין", אבל אל דאגה,

גם לנו יש יום מיוחד כדי לחגוג את האהבה - "טו באב"

והוא מתקיים בתחילת חודש אוגוסט.

כפי שבוודאי ניחשתם הכרטיס שלי היום בנושא - אהבה !

זאת הפעם הראשונה, בה אני משתמשת בסקיצה ,להכנת כרטיס.

הכרטיס מורכב מ :

שקף מובלט בקאטלבאג. מרחתי קצת דיו אדום על ההבלטה

כדי שתבלוט מעל הדף האדום.

4 לבבות אדומים שחתכתי בעזרת תבנית SIZZIX + הבלטת תווים.

מלבן מסולסל שחתכתי והבלטתי בעזרת תבנית של Nestabilities .

חותמת הילדה של חברת me & my BIG ideas .

חותמת המשפט של UNITY .

שני פרחי פרימה וסיכת לב מתפצלת.

הכרטיס מתאים לכל האתגרים שציינתי וקישרתי למעלה.

a match set !

Although it's winter, the weather outside is  warm 20 c.

So my muse took me to colorful and bright colors.

My project today is a match set, thanks to Cupcake Craft challenge .

I've  combined my set from:

1) a "pocket card", thanks to

La La Land challenge #23- a gift card holder.

Actually i have UNITY pocket stamp, 

but it turned out to be, too small to stuck in it a gift card.

I decided to make my own pocket.I've cut it out from 

amy butler's "Designer Mat Pad", added some machine stitches,

a flowered ribbon and two jewel brads .

The sentiment is from UNITY.

2) Post it note key chin, with the same paper to match the card.

i've embossed the monogram and added some ICE Stickles

drops around.

it goes perfectly with these challenges as well:

A Spoon Full of Sugar - challenge 88 " freestyle ".

Practical Scrappers - "Patterned paper ".

Frosted Designs - Embossing challenge.

למרות שאנחנו נמצאים בשיא "החורף", מזג האויר בחוץ חמים ונעים

20 מעלות.

כנראה שזה השפיע על המוזה שלי ,שהביאה אותי להשתמש 

בצבעים בהירים ועליזים.

היצירה שלי היום, שהושפעה מאתגר של

 Cupcake Craft challenge  היא "סט תואם".

הסט שלי מורכב מ:

1) "כרטיס כיס" (יצא חרוז :o))- ) תודות לאתגר של 

La La Land challenge #23 שביקש

ליצור כרטיס שאפשר למקם בו כרטיס מתנה.

בעצם יש לי חותמת כיס של "יוניטי", אבל הסתבר שהכיס קטן מידי כדי 

"לתקוע" בו כרטיס/שוברמתנה.החלטתי ליצור כיס בעצמי.

גזרתי צורת כיס מניירות של אמי באטלר,הוספתי כמה תפרים במכונה,

סרט פרחוני ושתי סיכות מתפצלות עם אבן.חותמת הכיתוב היא של יוניטי.

2 ) "פוסט-איט למחזיק מפתחות".עם אותו נייר כדי ליצור סט.

את האות החתמתי והבלטתי בעזרת אבקת הבלטה ואקדח חום.

(משום מה באנגלית זה נשמע יפה יותר.)

לסיום הוספתי טיפות של ICE Stickles מסביב.

הסט מתאים גם לאתגרים הבאים:

BIG EYES

לגירסה בעברית תגללו בבקשה למטה.

This time i'm  presenting a LO.

Although i've started it a few weeks ago (LOL),

some challenge blogs inspired me to finish it.

It's my DD photo at age two. despite being dark,

her lighted face and big brown eyes ( like her daddy's :o)) )

inspired me to do the LO.

I chose this green PP as it merges perfectly with the grass

she was laying on. 

The title was made from thickers- white fabric letter stickers

wich i colored with an ink pads to the desired color.

I also add:

 some PRIMA pearls swirl, layered paper flowers and a butterfly

cut  & embossed with a Cuttlebug. a UNITY dragonfly stamp

at the right top corner, just above the letter "S".

A journaling on a transparency with my handwriting

stamped with  a tortoise stamp, and some pearls.

This LO goes perfectly with these challenges :

Scrapping the Music - challenge #119 " give me your eyes".

Paper play challenge - week 3 " Handwriting ".

Practical Scrappers - "Patterned paper ".

החלטתי היום להוסיף גם מלל בעברית, מקווה שיהיה
מי שיהנה מכך :o)) !
הפעם אני מעלה דף מעוצב.
למרות שהתחלתי בעיצובו לפני כמה שבועות ,סיימתי אותו
רק היום בזכות ההשראה שקבלתי מכמה אתגרים מחו"ל .
התמונה היא של בתי היקרה (DD) מגיל שנתיים.
למרות שהתמונה די כהה, הפנים המוארות שלה
ועיניה הגדולות (אותם ירשה מאבא שלה :o)) ),
נתנו לי את ההשראה לעצב את הדף.
בחרתי את הדף הירוק המעוצב ,מאחר והוא השתלב נפלא
עם הדשא שעליו היא שוכבת.
את הכותרת הרכבתי מאותיות בד לבן של  Thickers ,אותם
צבעתי בעזרת כריות דיו לצבע הרצוי.
כמו כן הוספתי :
"מערבולות"של פנינים תוצרת PRIMA , שכבות של פרחי נייר,
פרפר שנחתך והובלט בעזרת ה Cuttlebug .
חותמת של שפירית מתוצרת UNITY ,בפינה הימנית העליונה
ממש מעל האות "S" . תעוד (journaling ) בכתב ידי על שקף,
בתוספת חותמת של צב ושלוש פנינים.
הדף התאים לשלושה אתגרים שמצויינים למעלה באנגלית.

תודה שקפצתם לבקר אותו מאחורי הקלעים.
